Great customer service and experience technicians

So far have not had any problems. Have been going to Pep Boys for my oil change, 3x. Communication is great especially through text and online when booking an appointment. Plus when the car is ready. There’s a nice size waiting area with a tv and bathroom if needed.

I am very impressed with the customer service effort and efficiency in getting my tires replaced alignment, oil change, and inspection sticker done in a timely manner!

Shawn at the counter was very helpful, pulled van right in, technician ANDREW found the nail in the tire, repaired tire an also noticed bad tire sensor which they also replaced, van was in/out excellent svc will definitely return for future repaired thank you pep boys SHAWN AN ANDREW...

Shawn was very professional and knowledgeable. Came in for a tire service which is very reasonably priced. One of the only shops open and available in the area. Definitely recommend stopping by for any service you may need. Ive been to other locations and this one stands out by far
