Towing and additional expenses may be required if the vehicle's spare is unusable, lug nuts cannot be removed, or the vehicle has multiple flat tires. Service is not available for motorcycles. ²Service includes a battery jumpstart to an eligible vehicle. Motorcycles are not eligible for jumpstart services. If vehicle will not start after jumpstart attempt, towing and additional expenses may be required. ³Includes delivery of an emergency fuel supply (up to 2 gallons). ⁴Service is intended to provide vehicle owner or authorized driver with entry as quickly as possible when locked out. Listed pricing excludes vehicles requiring upgraded towing/service equipment due to body damage or external equipment, trucks with dual rear wheels, non-light duty vehicles, and vehicles with GVWR exceeding 10,000 pounds. Pricing for medium-duty vehicles (10,000–26,000 pounds GVWR, including dual rear wheels) is $199.99 for the first 10 miles and $9.00 per mile thereafter.
