Went in for ac evacuate and recharge. Had some problems with charges and worked with Paul at the front counter who was very communicative and walked me through it all and left happy. Did a great job and got my ac nice and cold again. Thanks Paul for the great service!

Paul, from this Pep Boys, was just amazing today! We had a troubling issue with the engine light on in our just purchased Nissan Rogue and he fit us in to diagnose it in a short amount of time, in spite of being busy. He was so kind and my daughter and I really appreciate all he did!
