I had a fantastic experience at this auto care shop! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making sure to explain everything clearly. My car was serviced quickly, and I left feeling confident about its performance.

I received excellent customer service. The associate at the desk, Adrian, was very pleasant, courteous, and helped me finish the process efficiently, providing communication every step of the way. The service was completed quickly, solving my engine issues.

The store is so much nicer and cleaner. The guys up front took care of me and were helpful throughout my visit. I will take all my vehicles here moving forward

These guys did an awesome job!! Barely got there and they were done in an hour!! Half the price of competition and that was saved me $500

I held off on going to Pep Boys thinking it was an expensive corporate kind of situation. The Mount Vernon location is extremely affordable and they've worked some miracles on my German vehicles (Audi & BMW) that others were unwilling to or just flat out charged way too much for.
