Paul & the staff were great all the way through with finding the tires I wanted & completing the service!

I called Pep Boys with questions about my car and they were very calm and courteous while answering all my questions. Being a female, we always get the run around and exaggerated charges. Everything was explained to me and I felt like my car was in good hands with Paul.

Todd, Haven, and Justin were amazing. They were very professional and empathetic with helping me. I am from the Cleveland area and had to make an emergency car repair for my daughter in Columbus. I would give 6 stars if possible.
