Staff was competent, courteous, and extremely helpful. I had so many questions, and I felt like I was just being a pain, but everyone who helped me was fantastic. Absolutely coming back for all my auto needs.

Check engine light came upon, went into shop waited on by Dimitri who performed diagnostic and who advised that the location did not have the equip, He, found another shop with necessary supplies and put me in touch with that location, went out of his way to help solve my issue.

I have lots of work done at pep boys wiper blades replaced mich tires on all of my vehicles all of the work was above avarage. Reggie and Dimitri and Mario are the best. They are all very kind and helpful evey time I come to get service. I love visiting this pep boys location best in the district.

Great customer service without a long wait time. Will return again to my next scheduled maintenance.
