When I called for the appointment, I requested a specific day and time, which was available. When I arrived, I was immediately taken and the service was performed within a very reasonable time frame.

Only thing I have to say you can't go wrong and if you don't go to Pep Boys I think you may be paying a little bit more and I don't know about the quality of work but Pep Boys give you the quality of work my car feel like a brand new car

The service was fantastic and the completely helped me with my bumper problem. And I only took about ten minutes. They are professional and awesome.

Nothing to wow you over (the shop/waiting area is kinda sad looking), but I got the work done for a lot less than the dealer was going to charge, and it took only as long as they said it would.
