They did what they said they would do in the timeframe that they promised. When completed the price was lower than they had quoted. Very professional

I don't typically go to larger retailers like this for service. But I was looking for a mechanical evaluation on a used car I was looking to purchase. They got me in reasonably fast and did a nice job providing the report and findings. I would recommend this service center based on my experience.

Had an Enterprise car that needed an oil change. Brandon called multiple numbers trying to help us out with a PO number but no one answered. He did his best and we really appreciated it!

Great customer service

I woke up with an all but dead battery before heading to work on a Saturday. Pep boys changed my battery within an hour and gave me my veteran discount as well. SUPERIOR!

A Very helpful team I went back to ask for something I was not understanding on my car they and the explained into detail and they even offered to do some checks on my car I think I have found a place to service my car keep it up team
