With over 25 years of IT leadership experience in the manufacturing and retail industries, Soubhik brings a strong background in business transformation and enterprise technology. He has successfully implemented multiple Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems across the U.S. and Europe, contributing to innovation in large-scale organizations. Prior to joining Pep Boys, Soubhik worked for Les Schwab, where he led a major digital transformation.
In his new role, Soubhik will lead the modernization of Pep Boys' IT systems and platforms, spearhead innovation initiatives, and enhance technological capabilities across the business. His expertise will be instrumental in digital transformation and ensuring our systems support the company’s growth and evolving customer needs.
