Your head gasket seals the openings between the combustion chamber, coolant passages and oil passages. This sealing process ensures maximum compression and avoids leakage of coolant and/or engine oil.

- Engine overheating

- Engine running poorly – skipping, hesitating or lack of power
- Coolant in the oil – engine oil will resemble chocolate milk
- Excessive pressure in the crank case

- Damage to the gearbox.
