Rated 4 out of 5 by Verified Reviewer GMC Yokun Parking Brake Shoes - Mixed Review
The parking brake on my 2002 GMC Yukon would not hold and attempts to adjust the linkage made no difference. Replacing the shoes was tough. One shoe was larger than the drum, even before mounting it on the wheel. Installing it would have been most challenging! Beyond my expertise. Manufacturing problem? Drum defect? Parking brake still does not hold. Linkage problem? Maybe I should have had a professional do the install.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jetfixer Perfect fit for 1997 Lexus ES300
I compared them to my original Parking Shoes; they are the same size, shape and all the correct holes with a new pivoting pin. The Lexus Shop Manual calls for Brake shoe lining thickness of:
Standard thickness: 2.0 mm (0.079 in.)
Minimum thickness: 1.0 mm (0.039 in.)
To my surprise these ProStop measured between 1.9 to 2.1 mm throughout. Good solid bonding on the lining. Yes, I would buy them again. These are relined with a great warranty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by familyhandyman Excellent replacement parts at great price
Purchased these a week after installing pro-stop brake pads for a Jeep Liberty. When installing rear pads I noticed the e-brake linings were gone and one even broke away from the steel shoe. Back to Pep Boys to get the e-brake shoes and got an on-line discount for a price you can't beat. Excellent fit and parking brake holds Jeep when in gear now...

The shoe size is correct, but the pin that goes through the parking break arm is too short. It doesn't allow the retainer pin to clip around.

the best thing about the pads are the technology and design of the pads which gives you the greatest holding power for the product.
