The best thing on the market! I refuse to use anything else on my car! I will one day donate a million dollars to keep it from becoming banned off the shelfs!!!

I find most all Surf products to work better than most. Problem is not always carried by all retailers

Does a good job but is a bit pricey. For heavy brake dust you need to use a brush.

works good for dirty brake dust spray on wait till it turns purple then use brush
to shrub wheels then spray off. then repeat without the brush. works real good. if the wheel is clear coated use the detail wax to bring the shine out.

I like to detail my cars, I wash my wheels first with brushes to get the thick stuff out. then I spray Some code red to get the left overs out, I leave it there for 15minutes to soak up, then brush and wash clean. Code red will work great with a little help by a human hand. but if your are to just spray on and wash off, you wont get real clean. but one thing for sure, it works. It has a chemical smell and it does stay around the wash area until water that was used to remove the code red is dried off.

by dreadpiraterobert Pretty amazing
My car (e46 330Ci) has really dirty brakes. I think this is true of most BMWs. The dust cakes on the wheels, which are not a very clean-friendly shape.
Code Red wheel cleaner does an amazing job of getting the wheels almost clean. I just use a wheel detailing mitt after the initial rinse and they look great.
One wheels with fewer facets, or with less dusty brakes, I'll bet this stuff would be a completely hands-free solution.
There are a few cons: It smells like a hair salon, kinda like the chemicals that they use when perming hair. It's not cheap, and I get only three complete wheel cleanings per bottle (this would probably be different with smoother wheels). I worry a bit about the environmental impact of whatever is in it. It doesn't seem to kill grass, but I still have misgivings.

Since I've liked the other Surf City products, I decided to try this one since the Black Magic wheel cleaner was out of stock. While it does turn colors like it says on the bottle, my wheels didn't look good. For what I paid , I would have expected this to be the greatest wheel cleaner ever. I'm extremely disappointed.
