After about a month the trim on my 2003 CRV Honda still looks like new. Truck looks years younger with just that simple step.

The BEST trim restorer on the market for black or gray trim.I could not believe how great this made the trim look, and I also can not believe how long it is lasting!! It's been over a year since restoring the trim on an 18 year old Honda CRV and it still looks great over a year later. Probably have to hit it again in the Spring, but wow, that's almost 2 years for about 1 hour of work!! (And we live in an area where it gets close to 100 in the summer time, and snows in winter with salt and chemicals laid down everywhere - great test case for this product.) TIP: definitely plan on 3-4 coats, with about 5 minutes between each coat. After the first couple coats it may still look "streaky" if your trim is very faded, but after the third coating it all starts coming together. I like to put a fourth sort of heavier coating on just to get everything nice and even. Seems to have worked on all the cars I've used it on so far. Get this stuff - well worth the small investment in time and money.

I will never use it again. It streaks and dries to a high gloss like tire treatment. I would prefer something that looks more natural. Now can someone tell me how to remove it quickly and easily?

Use this stuff on a brand new vehicle to perserve the new look and prevent any future fading of the pastic trim. Made new plastic luster and has lasted for 2 months now with countless rain storms and car washes. Does not streak of like typical trim preservative does. Takes time to apply but lasts. If you get the stuff on paint wipe off quickly or you'll have to use rubbing compound to remove. Its basically a black die with some chemicals. If you use on grey plastic it does not works so well, it works but its more difficult to get even strokes. You have to make sure you put on evenly because if its thicker in one spot it will make a shiny spot. If you brush on with the applicator you need to move evenly and remember less is more. I have used it on a jet ski that had some faded black plastic made it look like brand new. And does not wash off! Use to use tire shine on the jet skis plastic to make it look new but would wash off once you rode it.
