Rated 5 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent replacement for my 2001 4WD Excursion My front bump stops had long since disappeared. Factory ones are obsolete. The direct fit aftermarket replacements (polyurethane) ran about $70 a pair. After talking with the guy at Pep Boys, he pointed me to these. Even though it was not factory fit, they were only about $13. They had the same height dimension. The main difference is the mounting which was important. I figured worse case I would drill a hole. Once I pulled the old ones off and cleaned the mounting pad, there were actually two holes in the frame which will work. Use the one that is centered closed to the frame rail as its more centered and the self holding nut that came with the old one will thread on the new bump stop. You can tighten them enough by end to complete the job. The hardest part was pulling off the old one as all the bottoming out had smashed the heads on the front original bump stop bolts. I would highly recommend these as a affordable option to the OEM style. September 6, 2016
