Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice Lights - Difficult Installation The instructions say to drill a 3/8" hole for the mounting bolt. The bolt is thicker because it's metric. The instructions say to attach the black wire to position #1 on the switch; but there is no black wire. Even if you pretend the blue wire is actually black, the diagram for the switch is completely wrong. I used a meter to figure it out. All's well that ends well. They work fine and really help.
