Rated 1 out of 5 by Smylie13 I would not recommend the alignment.
I returned to Pep Boys again after the initial alignemnt. Both times I was told the alignment was perfect. Not so. I had to take my vehicle to the dealership for an alignment. An additional $112 out of my pocket to remedy the issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JOAT Did Not Get Alignment
I did not get the alignment done as Pep Boys informed me my front ball joints were bad. The service tech was nice enough to take me into the shop and show me the ball joints were bad which I appreciated. When they told me they could replace them both for $ 400.00 I laughed and said just put the new tires on and get my car off the lift. I took the car home and picked up 2 new ball joints for $ 49.00 and replaced them myself in 1 hour.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Ifanimal My alignment is still jacked up after the second trip
Zero stars if I could.
I had to take the car back because the first time it still drifted and the steering wheel was off center. (It wasn't when I brought it in for 4 tires and an alignment)
This review is for the second try. My steering wheel is still off center and, for the second time, Pep Boys was unable to give me a printout with the alignment details.
I am going to get an alignment somewhere else, fix my steering wheel, and contest my credit card charge.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Lemont Not worth the price
Not sure why they could not do a proper wheel alignment. They said they could not adjust the Camber. My regular mechanic at a indy shop had no problem doing so and charges only $70 apposed to pepboys $89. Not worth it

Brought my 2014 E150 in for new tires and alignmen. Where I work we supply our own van so if it's down I'm not Makin any money. I notice a hard pull to the right but due to a combination of work and Pep Boys only having oil change people available when I get off it took a couple of weeks. After another day out of work they realign it and tell me they think it's a tire repair. I said well great you guys installed these for nearly a grand 2 weeks ago. The lady sais to get back to her Tuesday. After leaving, my driver side tire starts a lose clunking. I returned Tues, another day out of work. They change the tires and told me my gas light is on it cannot be test driven with a quarter tank??? OK I leave, not 3 or 4 days later clunking and pulling. I walk in front of my van and the tires are pointing different directions!
