Rated 5 out of 5 by Guzz5168 Grateful to store staff
I was in to get my vehicle inspected and of course, didn't make an appointment The manager stated they could do it and what should have been an hour was nearly 10 hours due to finding a leaking rear wheel bearing going out and needed replacing. What should have taken a couple of hours to fix the problem? It took nearly 9 hours, The staff offered to be taken home, I was offered lunch, I was checked on and kept informed. I was comforted. I was told that a part would need to be overnighted as the part in stock did not fit my vehicle correctly.
This met I would not have a vehicle and I would lose a day of work as I work out of town. One of the mechanics, I learned later made a few calls and located a bearing and repair my vehicle and I was able to pick up my vehicle late that nite, just prior to the store closing.
I could not have asked for better treatment and consideration from anyone, I did not miss work the next day. For this effort, I will alway be a Pep Boys customer because of the staff, and am grateful for the hard work and consideration to this customer. Pete

Bought front covers for my '05 Durango. Fabric has a nice texture and went on easily. Only fault was that one of the pull straps ripped of at the seam. Had to sew back on with double stitch and held nicely. Better stitching a force points would have given this a five star rating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TwnWrkr Great cheap solution
installed these on my `05 Element. I took the time to remove the seats so I could remove the plastic side panels and fit them securely.job took about 2 hours and was well worth it.They fit perfectly but material is a bit flimsy but we will have to see about their durability. Definitely an improvement !

I bought and returned 5 sets of seat covers before I found the Masque Phantom 2 pc Seat Covers for my 2012 Mazda5. Because the seat and the back are seperate, they can be pulled tight for a near custom fit for 1/3 the price. I found a tip during an internet search to remove the arm rest when installing the back. By poking a pencil hole for the bolt and positioning the two way zippers, they fit perfect on the front row as well as the second row that has a seat that flips forward with the back folding down for a flat cargo area.
