Rated 5 out of 5 by Covenant Best lube for all three holes!
I put the 20W-50 in the primary, tranny and oil bag and the bike shifts super smooth and runs like a champ! I won't use any other oil for my Harley!

I believe this is one of if not the best v-twin synthetic motorcycle oil on the market. It has served me well for over 150,000 miles. It is probably the same oil that Harley uses and sells but I have been unable to verify.

Although Mobil has changed their formula for the worse, this is still the best oil you can get for your motorcycle. With an air-cooled engine, you need an oil that will take severe temperature abuse and that has a high shear strength. Mobil V-Twin still does this well. Just compare the used oil to used conventional oil. Also, all other motorcycle oils that you see at retail stores (except Amsoil and RedLine, which are not generally sold at retail), are 100% petroleum based (group III basestocks). They may have "similar" performance characteristics initially, but because they have so many viscosity modifiers and additives, break down very, very quickly. I recommend doing a little research on oil, not just what the oil companies say. Just take every piece of information with a grain of salt. If you are going to fork over the big bucks for a motorcycle, doing a little research to protect your investment is critical. Oil is the lifeblood of your engine, and inferior lubrication is the ONLY factor that will determine your engine's longevity, provided you keep it in tune and don't get hit by a semi.
