The tank itself is quite useful, and a decent size. I made a custom manifold for it and am using it as a portable air tank for flooring installs rather than lugging around a heavy compressor.
There is room for improvement. There is no drain valve, so you need to invert and drain any water with remaining pressure in tank. The valve that came with it was taped up very solidly and difficult to remove, I needed a breaker bar to get it off and consequently twisted the brass valve. I noticed a bit of corrosion on the inside of the valve when I finally got it off. The pressure gauge that came with the tank reads about 10 psi lower than actual based on my compressor reg. and the new manifold reg. I installed on the tank, so the relief device lifted somewhat unexpectedly.
If you're using it for tire air fills, it's a nice, cheap air tank. If you're looking for something a little more robust, you'll end up spending more on manifold parts than the tank itself.

Tank is very heavy duty and should hold up well. I put 90 psig in it a few weeks ago and it hasn't dropped a pound yet. Larger than I thought it would be. I bought it because of the price (got the 35% off by ordering from the website) and free shipping. Should last a long long time.
