What to Expect:Shipping Charges and Taxes:
Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery method, weight and dimensions of each item and the shipping destination. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout are adjusted as changes are applied to your cart. Orders are processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order your credit card is pre-authorized to ensure the funds are available, but your account is not charged until the order ships.
Sales tax applied to your order is a combination of state and local taxes, determined by the item(s) in your order, shipping charges or discounts, and the shipping destination. For further tax information, see our Tax Policy
We strive to process online orders as soon as possible, typically 1-2 business days. Processing time should be considered in addition to the delivery time listed above when deciding which delivery method to use. Processing time, and delivery, is dependent on payment authorization, product inventory and weather conditions or delays outside our control. We may contact you for additional information if necessary. Orders are processed Monday - Friday, except on nationally observed holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.Notifications:
Should we discover any issues with availability of an item(s) while processing your order, a Customer Relations Representative will contact you to discuss possible options. Items in an order will not be shipped out separately; any additional items in your order will be held for shipment until the issue is resolved.
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Your shipments' FedEx tracking number will also be provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for your shipping information to be available on FedEx.com. Inclement Weather:

We presently do not ship to the following address types:

Federal and state regulations do not allow us to transport certain materials that are displayed on our site. Items that are not allowed to be transported for these reasons, will not show an option for shipping to an address and will only be available for in-store pick up. Details on available order options are displayed with each items' product information.
After you have received notification of your order shipping, any inquires about your package delivery prior to your estimated delivery date, should be handled by contacting FedEx at 1-800-GoFedEx (463-3339).
