- Early bird service is available for all towed in vehicles. To do this, simply drop off your vehicle during non-business hours and complete one of our Early Bird Service forms outside the office door with your service request and contact information and leave it with your car's keys in our secure drop box. The service advisor at your chosen location will be alerted to your problem first thing in the morning and your vehicle will be ready by 5 p.m., unless other arrangements are made.
