Pep Boys fleet credit accounts are designed to grease the wheels of corporate accounting. All procedures are custom designed to meet your needs, and Pep Boys' invoicing system includes all the stuff your accounting department will hound you for:
- The date of service
- Your company's name and account number
- Purchase order number
- Vehicle information and all details concerning the parts and services billed.
- Statements are mailed monthly to help you reconcile your invoices and payments (and payment is due 30 days after the date of purchase).
