How do I change my address?
Go to My Account, look for the "My Address and Phone" section, click edit, enter the correct address and save.

How do I unsubscribe from receiving emails from Pep Boys?
There are two ways. Use the unsubscribe link on the bottom of any Pep Boys email, or go to My Account, look for the "Email and Contact Preferences" section, click edit, change your preferences and save.

Of course not, but becoming a Rewards member will enhance your Glovebox experience significantly. Being a Rewards member allows you to:

I forgot my Pep Boys Rewards Membership Card on a visit and do not know the number; can I get credit for my purchases?
You can if you've previously registered your Pep Boys Rewards Membership card in your Glovebox account. If so, just go to the My Rewards Account page and use the Point Adjustments" form on the right to submit all the requested information from your store receipt. If you have not registered your Rewards Membership card on Pepboys.com, you can also call Pep Boys Rewards Customer Service at 1-888-418-2298 and they can assist you.
How will I receive my Rewards Card?
Upon earning the first 200 points, you will receive a $10 Rewards Card in the mail or via email, dependent upon your selection at the time of enrollment. Please note Rewards Cards will always be issued in increments of $5 once the $10 minimum has been reached. The maximum card value will be $100 per month.
200 points = a $10 card
300 points = a $15 card
400 points = a $20 card
500 points = a $25 card
1,000 points = a $50 card
2,000 points = a $100 car
When will I receive my Reward Card?

Your certificate will arrive approximately 60-75 days after the last date of purchase, once the 200 point minimum is reached.
What are Reward Cards eligible for?
Rewards Cards can be redeemed for any purchase of products or services at any participating Pep Boys location.
Do I have to spend the entire amount on my Reward Card when I redeem?
No. Your Rewards Card can be used until it has a $0 balance or until it expires based on the expiration date printed on the certificate.
When do Reward Cards expire?
Rewards Cards have an expiration date printed on them.
What if I return a purchase?
If you have used your Pep Boys Rewards Membership Card to earn points on a purchase, any items returned that you earned points on will be subtracted from your point balance.
What if I lost my Pep Boys Rewards Membership Card?
The next time you are at your local store, have a new card scanned at the register. Once you have a new card number, please contact Pep Boys Rewards Customer Service at 1-888-418-2298 and they will assist you. They will transfer your balance from your lost card to your new card and deactivate your lost card.
Can I combine points from more than one Pep Boys Rewards Membership Card?
Multiple enrollments by a single individual are not encouraged. However, in cases where you have enrolled under your own name on more than one occasion, points may be combined under one membership number. The names on the two accounts must be the same in order to combine the accounts. You must contact Pep Boys Rewards Customer Service at 1-888-418-2298 to have the cards combined.
Can members transfer points to a relative's or friend's account?
No, you may not transfer points to others' accounts.
How do I check my balance?
You can check your point balance anytime on the My Rewards Account page in the Glovebox section of Pepboys.com. If you have not yet registered your Pep Boys Reward Membership card online, it's easy. Just go to the My Rewards Account page and use the convenient form on the right. You can also call Pep Boys Rewards Customer Service at 1-888-418-2298.

Do I have to be a member of Pep Boys Glovebox to access my Rewards account online?
Yes. Your Rewards account is actually inside of your Glovebox. But, signing up is free and only takes a few minutes.
I already registered my Rewards card on the Pep Boys Rewards Web-site. Do I have to do it again in My Glovebox?
Absolutely not. Just sign in with your current Rewards number and complete a one-time validation of your name and information, and we will import your Rewards account for you. From then on all your Rewards info will be in your Glovebox on pepboys.com.

The mileage displayed on the website within my Vehicle Profile is not correct. How do I change it?
What you see is an estimation based on the year of your vehicle. To update it, go to My Vehicles, click "Edit" next to the blue mileage bar, type in the correct mileage and save. OR go to the Vehicle Profile tab, click "Edit Profile", enter the current mileage and anything else you would like to include about your car and save.
The My Vehicles page keeps telling me to get my car serviced even though I already got service. How do reset it?
No problem. Go to My Glovebox, click on the Vehicle Status tab, look under the red status message and click on "Reset Reminder."
Where does the Recommended Maintenance Schedule for my vehicle come from? Did Pep Boys develop it?
The maintenance schedule comes directly from your vehicle's manufacturer.
Why does Pep Boys need my License Plate and VIN numbers?
Pep Boys doesn't actually need it. But it's a good idea to enter it for three reasons.
What if I get service someplace other than Pep Boys? Can I record those in My Vehicles?
- Make sure you get the right part for your vehicle
- Save time during maintenance, since a license plate number is required during service appointments
- Know exactly where the info is when you need it
Absolutely! We actually recommend it. Simply go to My Vehicles, find the "Service History" tab, click on the "Record Service History" button and enter your service history.
My auto-populated Pep Boys service history is missing or incorrect. How can I correct it?
There are couple of reasons why your service history might be missing:
How far back can I see my service history?
- You got service from Pep Boys before you joined the Rewards program. Unfortunately, any service history prior to becoming a Rewards member is unavailable for display on pepboys.com.
- If you have a slightly unusual vehicle model (like, say, a '76 Peugeot 504), our system might not be able to match your service history to your vehicle's profile in My Glovebox.
Your Pep Boys service history is available online starting from the day you became a Rewards member.

Express Check-in is designed to make service appointments quick, easy and efficient. It allows you to print and sign your paperwork ahead of time, so you don't have to wait in line. Simply hand in your paperwork with your keys and we'll do the rest!
I scheduled a service appointment on the phone, can I look it up online?
Of course. The Pep Boys sales associate will give you a tracking number when you call - enter that number in the eserve module on pepboys.com. If for some reason you didn't get a tracking number, just call back and request one.

How do I cancel a Service Appointment?
It's easy. If you're a Glovebox member, go to the eserve section, click the "Cancel" link, make your changes and save. Not a Glovebox member? Go to the eserve section on pepboys.com, enter your tracking number and use the "Cancel" link to change your appointment.
I missed my scheduled Service Appointment. How to I reschedule it?
If it's within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, it will still be on pepboys.com and you can use the "Edit/Reschedule" link to reschedule. If more time has lapsed, call the store or make a new appointment online.
Can I drop off my car for service before store hours?
Absolutely, it's called Pep Boys Early Bird Service and this is how it works:
How can I track the progress of my vehicle's service appointment?
- Print and sign paperwork
- Park in a spot closest to the Service Center door
- Remove keys and lock the car door
- Place keys and paperwork in an envelope from the Early Bird Check-in box
- Drop envelope in slot in Service Center door
- Call us after 8 am to confirm your Early Bird request
Go to the Service section, click on the eserve page, enter your tracking number and check your status in the Vehicle Status Tracking box.
