When will I receive my Reward Card?
Your certificate will arrive approximately 60-75 days after the last date of purchase, once the 200 point minimum is reached.
What are Reward Cards eligible for?
Rewards Cards can be redeemed for any purchase of products or services at any participating Pep Boys location.
Do I have to spend the entire amount on my Reward Card when I redeem?
No. Your Rewards Card can be used until it has a $0 balance or until it expires based on the expiration date printed on the certificate.
When do Reward Cards expire?
Rewards Cards have an expiration date printed on them.
What if I return a purchase?
If you have used your Pep Boys Rewards Membership Card to earn points on a purchase, any items returned that you earned points on will be subtracted from your point balance.
What if I lost my Pep Boys Rewards Membership Card?
The next time you are at your local store, have a new card scanned at the register. Once you have a new card number, please contact Pep Boys Rewards Customer Service at 1-888-418-2298 and they will assist you. They will transfer your balance from your lost card to your new card and deactivate your lost card.
Can I combine points from more than one Pep Boys Rewards Membership Card?
Multiple enrollments by a single individual are not encouraged. However, in cases where you have enrolled under your own name on more than one occasion, points may be combined under one membership number. The names on the two accounts must be the same in order to combine the accounts. You must contact Pep Boys Rewards Customer Service at 1-888-418-2298 to have the cards combined.
Can members transfer points to a relative's or friend's account?
No, you may not transfer points to others' accounts.
How do I check my balance?
You can check your point balance anytime on the My Rewards Account page in the My Account section of If you have not yet registered your Pep Boys Reward Membership card online, it's easy.
