Windshield Washer Tune-up
Dirt or rust particles can occasionally clog your windshield washer jets, making them spray wildly or just dribble onto your hood. You can clear the blocked washer jet by poking the small nozzle hole gently with a pin or sewing needle.
Most washers are also adjustable so the spray covers the windshield just where you want it to. To adjust the washer jet, use a straightened paper clip to swivel the “eyeball”. Now you can clean your windshield without soaking the car behind you in the process.
