- Proper tire pressure goes a long way toward improving your vehicle's gas mileage.
- Tire treads must have at least 2/32-inch depth in every groove. If the tread is wearing differently between the edges and the middle tread, check the tire pressure.
- If one side of your tire tread is wearing more than the other, it may be time for an alignment.
- Check tire pressure. The correct pressure should be listed in the owner's manual and on the inside of your driver's door.
