Engines, cars and trucks have been a part of my life for as far back as I can remember. As a small boy when I heard a lawn mower running, I would get my grandfather to take me down the street so I could watch the neighbors cut the grass and listen to the sound of the engine. It was this childhood interest that drove me to seek a profession in the automotive industry. During high school, I worked in a service station doing minor repair jobs. I was then the lead technician at an independent garage performing any and all types of repairs. From there, I remained in the automotive industry, working for almost 19 years for a major automotive leasing company managing various automotive, truck and equipment repairs. I continued my education renewing my ASE Certifications as Master Automobile Technician, Master Medium/Heavy Truck Technician and Service Consultant. From the time I earned by driver’s license, fast cars were my passion leading to my involvement in high performance and drag racing. From street cars, to door slammers, to rear engine dragsters, I was always trying to fulfill my need for speed. I’m now here at The PEP Boys Speed Shop in York, PA to offer you my training, knowledge, experience, and the finest high performance parts in the area to keep your vehicle in show quality, peak performance and top racing form.
