Store Support Center

The Pep Boys Store Support Center is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Our Store Support Center associates may not work on cars, but they are passionate about supporting our stores and distribution centers!

Our building is an old refurbished warehouse from the turn of the 20th Century with over 500 associates working in a variety of departments and positions. Our work hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, we have associates that support our business 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We need to be here when our Stores and Distribution Centers need us!

All business support is conducted primarily out of the Philadelphia Store Support Center including:

Store Support Center associates have a common goal—support our associates so in turn, they can help our customers get the most out of their cars. But we also like to have a little fun to help the day along! We even have a committee that plans fun monthly events for associates such as a Spring Luau, prize raffles, partner events and much more!
